With over nine years of experience in education management, I am passionate about professional development and lifelong learning. I am currently the VP-Communications & Marketing at IIBA Sudan Chapter, where I build awareness of the organization, market its events and programs, and keep the membership informed. I also develop brand and marketing materials, and maintain social media communication channels.

In addition to my role at IIBA Sudan Chapter, I am the founder of Business Analysis Magazine, the first Arab magazine specialized in the field of business analysis. I am also a project coordinator at Business Analysis Center, where I coordinate training courses, design the organization's visual identity, design course advertisements, manage social media pages, and film and edit videos. I am skilled in social media marketing, training coordination, and graphic design. I have multiple certificates of appreciation for my contributions to the field. I am also certified in Inbound Marketing and Digital Marketing from Hubspot Academy.

Omer Al-Tuhami has been focusing on planning, business development and analysis for the past four years. Omer El-Tuhami has also trained tens of thousands of professionals in strategic planning, change management, training of trainers, total quality management, marketing, customer service excellence, process re-engineering, problem-solving techniques, continuous improvement tools, and other management programs. With over 8 years of experience in information technology, I am a passionate and skilled ERP solutions architect who helps organizations optimize their business processes and performance. Currently, I work as a SAP functional consultant at the Ministry of Culture, where I analyze the customers' needs, design business cases, and suggest solutions using advanced analytics and tools.

Previously, I was an Odoo developer at the Nile Center for Technology Research, where I developed Odoo modules for some of the largest enterprise companies in Sudan. I participated in 7 projects in various roles, such as technical support engineer, developer, analyst, and project manager. I also have a background in teaching, having worked as a collaborator at Al-Neelain University for three years. I hold a MSc degree in computer science, an Odoo 14 functional certification, an entry certificate in business analysis, and an ITIL® foundation certificate in IT service management. My competencies include systems analysis and design, ERP systems, database management, and Python.
